As I was making my scrapbook page with this freebie I realized the elements have a low opacity. Oops! sorry about that. When you do a layout with this, simply duplicate this layer and that will fix it.
I have told myself, in the past, not to finalize a product while on medication but I was so excited to offer you this freebie that I uploaded it in haste.
